About the Chaves County Clerk’s Office

The Clerk’s office is entrusted with the safekeeping of the public records. We also issue marriage licenses and have Probate Court records. The County Clerk organizes and is responsible for all elections with the exception of the Municipal Elections.

We strive to give the public our best service while keeping our costs as low as possible. Our office is easily accessible to persons who are searching records. Online records are not available at this time.
